At Jewelry Maxing, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-sized jewelry packages. Each order is made to fit and undergoes a detailed quality check before shipping.


Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Since all pieces are customized for the perfect fit, processing takes 5-7 business days before shipping.
  • Shipping Times:
    • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
    • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • International Orders: Shipping times may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and postal service conditions.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • If you haven’t received tracking details within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us at jewelrymaxing@gmail.com.
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect in the system.

Customs & Import Fees

  • For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us at jewelrymaxing@gmail.com, and we will assist in tracking it.
  • In cases of lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to find a resolution or offer store credit.

Address Errors & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
