How long does processing take?
Since all Jewelry Maxing pieces come in custom-sized packages, processing takes 5-7 business days before shipping.

How long does shipping take?

  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you haven’t received it within 7 days, contact us at jewelrymaxing@gmail.com.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.
