Exchanges & Returns

At Jewelry Maxing, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned.
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery are not eligible.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us at jewelrymaxing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit.

We do not cover return shipping costs. For further assistance, feel free to reach out.
