Refund Policy for Jewelry Maxing
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jewelry Maxing. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
Non-delivery
If you haven’t received your order within 60 days of purchase, we will issue a refund upon request. Please be aware that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or postal service disruptions.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll gladly provide a refund or exchange.
Exclusions
Please note we do not provide refunds for other reasons, including changes of mind or incorrect sizing. Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.
